
Let’s get one thing straight. When Forbes drops its annual Africa Rich List, the same names pop up every time. Aliko Dangote at the top with $28.5 billion. Abdulsamad Rabiu at $11.2 billion. Mike Adenuga at $6.5 billion. Femi Otedola hanging on at $1.3 billion .
The narrative is simple: these are Nigeria’s richest people. Case closed. Right?
Wrong.
