Nollywood actress Bimbo Ademoye has humorously called out her dog, Ice, after he rejected a brand-new shoe she bought for him. Sharing the moment on her Instagram story, Bimbo expressed her surprise and amusement at her pet’s reaction.
“Ice is so ungrateful. I bought him shoes, and he hates them. Go walk with your bare feet then. Ghetto ass dog! Sometimes I ask myself if I’m ok, because what is this?”
Bimbo’s playful frustration highlights how far some celebrities go to pamper their pets. Last month, Nancy Isime celebrated her four dogs’ first birthday with a special meal, jokingly calling them “nepo babies.” Similarly, the daughter of Otedola has been known to spoil her dogs with luxury accessories like glasses, ties, bracelets, and chains.
In 2024, DJ Cuppy even took her dogs to church for blessings, noting that God’s love extends to all His creation.
