The Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) has reportedly recovered N50 billion meant for vulnerable citizens during the tenure of former Minister Sadiya Umar-Farouq from the Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Alleviation Ministry.
