Seyi Tinubu, son of President Bola Tinubu, has broken his silence after being pulled into the viral clash between social media figures Very Dark Man (VDM) and King Mitchy.
The influencer feud escalated after VDM accused Mitchy of being a political pawn, claiming her school renovation projects were meant to launder the president’s image. He later alleged that both Seyi Tinubu and Mitchy were threatening him.

Responding via his Instagram story, Seyi dismissed all allegations as false. He revealed that he had met Mitchy only once in a public setting and had provided financial support for her NGO initiatives, as he does for other young Nigerians and organizations.
“There has been no secret arrangement and no impropriety of any kind between me and Miss Mitchy. I do not like how I have been inserted into this drama. VDM has been looking for an opportunity to attack me and damage my reputation. I will not be bullied and will not dignify fiction with panic.”

Seyi clarified that his involvement was purely philanthropic and emphasized that the narratives being spread about him are baseless.
This comes amid the ongoing saga where Mitchy allegedly drank hypo during a live video following harassment from VDM. While her management announced her demise, Prime Care Hospital, Abuja, denied that she was ever a patient there and confirmed she did not die at their facility, pledging legal action against misinformation.

Seyi’s statement signals his intent to stay above the social media chaos and defend his reputation against baseless claims.
