Mukono, Uganda – A 44-year-old man who is visually impaired has been sentenced to seven years in prison after being found guilty of committing a sexual offense against a 15-year-old girl.
The ruling was delivered by Mukono Chief Magistrate Paul Matyama, following the man’s guilty plea. The court found that the man had engaged in illegal sexual activity with a minor, an act considered a serious criminal offense under Ugandan law.
