Social media is buzzing after an old video of Rosy Meurer resurfaced, showing her calling Tonto Dikeh’s family her own and saying they had hung out together—despite Rosy recently claiming she had never met Tonto.
The controversy started when reports suggested Rosy unfollowed her husband, Olakunle Churchill, after he celebrated his son with Tonto. Rosy quickly clapped back in a series of Instagram videos, stating she is happy in her marriage and has no reason to unfollow her husband.
Addressing the longstanding rumors that she “snatched” Churchill, Rosy clarified: she met him separately and has no personal relationship with Tonto. She also emphasized that she knew about the father-son reunion before it hit the internet and has been fully supportive.
Rosy and Churchill married after his split from Tonto, whose 2015 marriage to him ended after two years amid allegations of domestic issues—claims Churchill publicly denied. In 2022, he issued a cease-and-desist letter to stop false narratives about him and Rosy, including the “husband snatcher” label.
Despite the old video, Rosy is standing firm: she’s living her truth, and no one else can control her narrative.
