Controversial street-hop singer Portable is back in the spotlight — and this time, it’s for a dramatic face-off that has left social media buzzing.
The singer clashed with influencer Tunde Perry during a tense meeting at the residence of music executive Soso Soberekon, and things quickly spiraled out of control.
The confrontation comes days after Tunde Perry alleged that top industry figures had secretly decided to distance themselves from Portable due to his repeated controversies. He further claimed that the singer’s behavior has made some key players more cautious about supporting upcoming talents.

Perry also hinted that rapper Olamide, who played a major role in Portable’s rise to fame, had become more hesitant in helping new artists after his experience with him.
As expected, Portable didn’t take the claims lightly.
Firing back online, the singer dismissed any talk of being blacklisted, boldly stating that he doesn’t depend on industry executives for success. According to him, his loyal fanbase is more than enough to keep him relevant.
However, things took a dramatic turn when both men unexpectedly met face-to-face.
In a now-viral video, Portable was seen shirtless, visibly furious, holding a chair while aggressively confronting Tunde Perry. The heated exchange nearly turned physical before security personnel stepped in to prevent further escalation.

Eyewitness reactions and online comments have been pouring in, with many expressing mixed feelings about the incident. While some criticized Portable for losing control, others argued that he was simply standing his ground after being called out publicly.
This isn’t the first time the singer has found himself in controversy.
Recently, Portable revisited a painful past experience involving Koko Zaria, accusing him of inappropriate behavior involving his partner — an incident he says still deeply affects him.
Over the years, Portable has built a reputation for his unpredictable outbursts, including past clashes with actor Odunlade Adekola and other industry figures.
In 2024, he also made headlines after alleging he was assaulted by a group linked to Nigerian-American artists Esquare, claiming he was attacked by dozens of people and left seriously injured — a claim that was later disputed.
With this latest showdown, Portable once again proves that controversy seems to follow him wherever he goes — and fans are left wondering what the next twist in his story will be.
