Nollywood actress Biodun Okeowo has finally addressed the swirling rumours linking her to colleague Lizzy Anjorin, insisting the narratives being circulated are false and hurtful.
Biodun revealed that she and Lizzy have never been friends, and she keeps cordial but distant relations with her colleagues in the movie industry. The actress clarified that a mistaken “like” on one of Lizzy’s posts was purely out of social media courtesy, not an endorsement of any curse or drama.
In a fiery clarification, she said:
“She has pushed several false narratives about me, even claiming my children have different fathers. Let me be very clear—my children are both OKEOWO. They have the same father. I’ve never supported curses, never joined her live videos, and have stayed neutral in industry conflicts.”
Biodun also explained that she stepped back completely after an innocent child got involved in past drama, saying she does not encourage anyone, including her own children, to inherit others’ enmity.
The actress concluded by stressing:
“We are not friends, never have been. We were colleagues—and that is all.”
With this clarification, Biodun is putting an end to speculation, making it clear that her silence was never agreement—it was patience and restraint.
