The Delta State Police Command has apprehended five individuals suspected of kidnapping a 70-year-old woman. The perpetrators had reportedly demanded a ransom of N7.9 million before releasing the victim.
The spokesperson of the command, SP Bright Edafe, who disclosed this in a statement on Tuesday, said four locally fabricated guns, N450,000 and other items were recovered from the suspects.
