Nollywood actress Nkechi Blessing has opened up about her latest financial woes in the most hilarious yet relatable way. The curvy screen goddess revealed that she has officially hit “stage 20 sapa” – the ultimate level of broke – and is calling out Nigerians for support.
In a viral Instagram post, Nkechi lamented that her fans, while trying to help, have been spoiling her account with N100 and N20 contributions. “Abeg, since una no fit contribute money for me, subscribe to my YouTube channel Nkechi Blessing TV, watch my movies, and anticipate OMOGE LEKKI dropping April 5th…so I no go come beg una for food ooo,” she joked.
The actress also shared that a generous male friend recently gifted her N1 million for dinner, urging fans to appreciate him on her behalf. Nkechi has had enough of unsolicited “sugar boy” messages, making it clear she isn’t a sugar mummy and warning men to stop bombarding her phone with marriage proposals or explicit content.
Earlier this year, she revealed the reason behind her dating younger men and her personal goal when choosing a partner: “I don’t aim to marry a rich man; I want to be a rich wife. Money is what I work hard for; marrying someone wealthy is just a bonus.”
