Borno State Governor, Babagana Umara Zulum, said he is optimistic that the Boko Haram insurgency will soon end.
The governor stated this in a statement issued by his media aide, Dauda Iliya, to felicitate with the Christian community in the state and beyond on the occasion of Easter.
