Nollywood actress Nkechi Blessing has sparked conversation online after calling out some colleagues over what she describes as unprofessional behavior in the movie industry.
In a heated Instagram post, the actress criticized actors who charge as much as ₦3 million for movie roles but fail to support or promote the project after being paid. According to her, while everyone deserves to charge their worth, it becomes a problem when they don’t contribute to the film’s success afterward.
Nkechi made it clear that she won’t tolerate such actions, stressing that any disagreement over this could escalate seriously. She advised such individuals to avoid working with her if they are not willing to fully support projects they are paid for.

Her comments come as she continues to push her own projects, including an upcoming release she is actively promoting on her platform.
Beyond the rant, Nkechi has been making major moves in her career. She recently joined the cast of a project by media mogul Mo Abudu, describing the opportunity as a dream come true.

The actress has also been open about her struggles in film production, previously revealing that she spent over ₦80 million on projects with little financial return. Despite setbacks, she continues to stay active and determined in the industry.
