Nollywood veteran Peju Ogunmola recently visited new mother Toyosi Adesanya to celebrate her newborn baby. In a sweet video shared on Toyosi’s Instagram, Peju was seen cradling the little one while sitting on a chair, showing a tender connection with the baby.
Peju didn’t arrive empty-handed — she brought thoughtful gifts for the newborn, including Pampers and other essentials. Toyosi, visibly moved, described Peju as her “mother” and a “living legend,” appreciating her visit and gesture.
This comes after actor Muyiwa Ademola surprised the newborn with a generous N200,000 credit alert, marking the first gift deposited into the baby’s account. Toyosi expressed gratitude for his unwavering support from the very beginning.
Toyosi’s journey to motherhood has been a challenging one. She revealed that it began in 2008, enduring laparoscopies, dye tests, and multiple failed IVFs. Despite selling her gold jewelry and pooling funds from her boutique to fund the procedures, success remained elusive until now.
Over the years, Toyosi has also shared personal struggles, including a troubled marriage and alleged assassination attempts, highlighting her resilience and determination. She has stated that she has no plans to remarry, choosing instead to focus on her family and personal growth.
