Nollywood actress Ronke Odusanya has shared a frightening experience that almost turned tragic while travelling along the busy Ibadan–Oyo expressway.
The movie star revealed that she was on her way to a film location at Ibrahim Chatta Film Village, where a production organized by filmmaker Damilola Oni was taking place.
According to Ronke, the journey suddenly became dangerous when one of the bolts on her car tyre came off, causing the vehicle to shake violently and make disturbing noises while she was driving.
The situation became even more emotional because she was travelling with her young daughter, and the frightening moment left them both in tears inside the car.
Fortunately, help arrived just in time. The actress explained that three men who initially drove past her noticed something was wrong and decided to return to check on her. Together with her brother, whom she quickly called for assistance, they helped repair the damaged tyre and ensured she was safe to continue the journey.
Clearly relieved, Ronke expressed deep gratitude for the unexpected kindness, describing the men as “angels in human form.” She also thanked God for protecting her and her daughter during the terrifying moment.
The experience, she said, reminded her that despite the challenges people often talk about, there are still kind-hearted individuals willing to help strangers in Nigeria.
Her story has since sparked emotional reactions online, with many praising the good Samaritans for stepping in at the right time.
