Nollywood drama is heating up again as actress Tonto Dikeh has finally responded with a bold statement after fresh accusations from her colleague Doris Ogala.
The controversy began shortly after Tonto shocked fans by announcing that she had dropped the “King” title from her name after eight years. The actress revealed that the decision came after what she described as divine instruction, asking the public to now address her as Evangelist Tonto Dikeh.
However, Doris Ogala didn’t hold back. The actress quickly took to social media to slam Tonto, accusing her of misleading the public and living what she described as a “fake life.” She further alleged that Tonto had secretly contributed to her ongoing issues with popular cleric Chris Okafor.
Doris even went as far as claiming that Tonto was behind some of the troubles surrounding her controversial fallout with the pastor, suggesting that the actress had been influencing the situation behind the scenes.
But Tonto appeared unfazed by the accusations.
In a short but powerful post, the Nollywood star shared a faith-filled affirmation about her identity and beliefs.
“I AM WHO I AM BY THE MERCY OF GOD.
WHAT GOD CANNOT DO DOES NOT EXIST.”
