Nollywood actress Tonto Dikeh recently treated fans to a heartwarming glimpse of family unity, sharing a video on Instagram of a cozy dinner with her ex-husband Olakunle Churchill, their son, and his daughter.

The dinner was organized as a farewell for Churchill’s daughter, Racheal, who will be returning to school. Gushing about the moment, Tonto captioned the clip: “Farewell dinner for my baby girl, going back to school. We will miss you, Racheal. We love you mucho. Doing life with the people I love.”

This isn’t the first time the former couple has shown public gestures of reconciliation. Earlier, Churchill shared a billboard at the Lekki-Ikoyi link bridge featuring himself, Tonto, and their son — a gift from a friend celebrating their son rather than a public stunt.

Last month, the family celebrated their son’s 10th birthday with a star-studded party attended by celebrities like Obi Cubana, Teni, Rita Edochie, Uche Elendu, and others. During the celebration, Tonto publicly appreciated Churchill for being a dedicated father and prayed for his family, businesses, and other children.

Fans may recall that Tonto and Churchill married in 2015, but the union ended after two years. In January, Tonto surprised many by extending an olive branch to her ex-husband, acknowledging ten years of past pain, bitterness, and broken communication, and attributing their reconciliation to God’s intervention.

Churchill, in turn, shared an emotional moment when his son, King Andre, called him “Daddy” for the first time, expressing gratitude for Tonto’s role as an amazing mother.
