The friendship may be long over, but the fire clearly isn’t out.
Nollywood actress Doris Ogala has launched a fresh and blistering attack on her former bestie, Tonto Dikeh, following Tonto’s announcement that she has dropped the “King” title from her name after eight years.
Tonto recently revealed that the decision was spiritually inspired, urging the public to now address her as Evangelist Tonto Dikeh, stating that the move was in obedience to divine direction.
But Doris isn’t buying it.
💥 “Stop Deceiving People!”
Reacting online, Doris accused Tonto of hiding behind religion and “deceiving people with Christianity.” She went further, alleging that Tonto has been living a fake life and only appears untouchable because she (Doris) has chosen to remain silent.
In a dramatic twist, Doris claimed that Tonto “swapped destinies” with her and even accused her of being behind her long-standing issues with clergyman Chris Okafor, alleging that Tonto fueled the conflict from the shadows.
She also threw jabs at Tonto’s transformation, claiming she now resembles a pastor’s wife — and not by coincidence.

This isn’t the first time both actresses have publicly clashed. Over the past year, Doris has repeatedly distanced herself from Tonto, once denying rumors that Tonto gifted her a Bentley and insisting they were never as close as people assumed.
At one point, Doris even described Tonto as one of the most heartless people she had ever known.
However, in a surprising U-turn, Doris later apologised to Tonto and other industry figures, admitting she may have overreacted due to personal trauma and emotional stress at the time.

Their fallout stunned fans, especially considering that in 2024, Tonto reportedly gifted Doris a brand-new car — a gesture that once symbolized sisterhood but now feels like ancient history.
With this latest outburst, it’s clear the tension hasn’t completely faded.
