Content creator Josephine Sunday, popularly known as JoJo, has stepped into the heated online clash between actress Sarah Martins and influencer King Mitchy — and her words are raising eyebrows.
In a blunt Instagram story post, JoJo hinted that the public doesn’t really know Mitchy’s true nature.
“Lol, y’all don’t know this girl. This is who she is o,” she wrote — a statement many interpreted as subtle but loaded.
How It Started
The tension began when Sarah Martins accused Mitchy of blocking her shortly after Seyi Tinubu offered support to her NGO. According to Sarah, the situation escalated when they later met at a movie premiere and she allegedly felt snubbed and embarrassed — though she claimed she maintained her composure at the event.
Mitchy, however, fired back. She denied that money or influence had anything to do with her decision. Instead, she said she blocked Sarah because of her closeness to someone she personally has issues with — stressing that her move was about “protecting her peace and self-respect.”

She questioned why Mitchy waited until after her foundation received empowerment before cutting ties. She recently had a public dispute with activist VeryDarkMan over humanitarian projects, claiming she also renovated a school in record time and challenging him to fund more projects. The drama spiraled, leading to accusations, online backlash, and even the temporary loss of her business page.
Things escalated further when she staged fake death scares twice — moves that angered netizens and celebrities alike.
Actor Damola Olatunji criticized content creators promoting harmful stunts, warning that such acts aren’t jokes anymore, especially with young audiences watching.
Similarly, IK Ogbonna called for stricter social media accountability, lamenting that “substance is ignored while nonsense is rewarded.”
Filmmaker Mary Njoku also weighed in, questioning whether society is prioritizing distraction over meaningful direction.
And actress Kudirat Ogunnro urged authorities to clamp down on dangerous content trends, stressing that online stunts involving harmful substances should not be tolerated.
