Nigerian dancer and mother of two, Korra Obidi, has spoken candidly about the challenges of finding love after her divorce. In a recent social media video, she revealed the harsh reality of dating as a single mother.
Korra lamented that despite her fame and international status, she barely encounters one or two genuinely good men per year—and unfortunately, they’re all already taken.

“It isn’t until you’re a single mother that you will know there’s a scarcity of good men. As popular and international as I am, I only come across one or two good men in a year, and they’re already taken.”
The dancer’s heartbreak comes years after her messy divorce from Justin Dean in 2022, finalized in November that year. During the separation, Korra fought to retain custody of her two daughters while highlighting her struggles as a single parent handling school fees, health insurance, and daily expenses without support from her ex.

Over the years, Korra has shared her experiences openly on Facebook and Instagram Live, revealing attempts to control her or take her children away, and the unfair judgments she faces from the public over her personal misfortunes.
Now, Korra continues to navigate single motherhood while being vocal about the difficulty of finding genuine love, shedding light on the often unseen struggles of single parents in relationships.

This revelation has sparked conversations online about the reality of dating as a single parent and the importance of support for women raising children on their own.
